Curious if anyone has any experience with a 08 m273. S550. 4 matic

New MB engine mounts and trans mount. Spark plugs. filters. TB cleaned.

At idle in drive I’m feeling a buzz in steering wheel. Buzz goes away as soon as rpm goes up or if I turn the wheel.

Also slight vibration at 1500. Or when applying throttle initially.

Can a crank pulley/ balancer be an issue ?

No codes. Car is not affected by the balance shaft recall.
