i think its great you want to buy a home on maui WITHOUT living here first ...to just know that is the best place for you without being here ...and i am sure a variety of other ideas..

The Maui island estate home was built with own ideas year 2009. I liked how the home looked. I would only be in Hawaii Islands on long vacations. Gathering place Island home for social times with friends. This could be my first ownership home. Over $10 million estate... Doing it with stock shares from computer industry. About five months from now. I like the Map on Maui with the golf courses. And easy place to drive around the whole Island. I drove from Florida to Alaska round trip in 2009.

Like to know major brand stores on Maui. Local Grocery Stores. Is it easy getting on the major golf courses? Shipping autos from the mainland dealership. And major electronic store on Maui.

seriously if you can spend that kind of cash you need to hop on a plane, stay at the four seasons and tour the island so you know what is where and what the stores we have are. we don't have big electronic stores. you need to come see for yourself

Easy getting on golf courses: Yes, just make a reservation. Don't know if last minute is easy as far as availability.

Shipping autos:
Do the paperwork, pay the fees, car leaves there, car shows up here. Easy. You can decide what you want to do, and what you want to pay other people to do (paperwork, make car empty, getting car to the dock, getting car from dock to house on Maui).
