We know the new owners - when we first moved in they told us about the art fraud story. The house was sold in March 2022. That page hasn’t been updated
Weird. My town updates theirs the day the new people move in.
Odd that she is putting up st signs in November for a st she no longer lives on too
and according to cbs, the TSA, FBI, and Secret Service are aiding the cohasset police. Since when does the secret service and fbi become involved in looking for a local missing person? https://www.cbsnews.com/boston/news/...ibextid=Zxz2cZ
The Secret Service might be involved if they were investigating some kind of financial fraud like wire fraud. They have other duties other than protecting politicians.

Like investigating counterfeit currency... when if you think of it, isn't far from art forgery.
From what I’ve read the husband offered to sell the real painting on behalf a wealthy Korean family and then sold a fake of those paintings to a California gallery. It is unclear to me if the authorities know the location of the originals
I read he'd been cut of the family will and attempted to steal money from that somehow. Sounds like a real catch of a guy. Not sure how she ended up with him as she she is/was doing well herself. I don't quite get why she'd be away from her 3 kids all week to go work at a job in DC. She couldn't get a hotel job in Boston ? Maybe she wanted to get away from the husband as much as possible. Sad. Just seems grim at this point.
