A 24 hour IHOP is in Revere too.

Kelly's in Medford stays open until 3 AM.

A couple of area McDonald's stay open 24 hours.

Silverstone Bar on Bromfield Street, until 2 am. Lots of restaurant industry folks hang out there. Saw a piece on Chronicle years and years ago mentioning their homemade meatloaf and other comfort foods. I assume it may serve a full menu until at least 1 am.

Golden Temple in Brookline, until 2 am on weekends. Years ago, heard someone claim it's the best Chinese in Boston.

MJ O'Connor's at the Westin Waterfront and Park Square goes until 2 am, claims 1 am on weekends in the Westin for their full menu.

Not sure if a full menu, but in the Seaport, both Legal Test Kitchen and Committee claim 2 am closings each night, plus Anchovies on Columbus Ave. and Sola"s Irish bar at the Lenox Hotel may serve at least until 1 am.

Maybe Deluxe Cafe on Chandler Street in the South End. Closes at 1 am.

Their ribs are really good (but expensive). You gotta get the Golden Temple ribs, not the regular ones. I like their Sesame Chicken also.

They are the only place I know where the fired wontons actually have meat in them!!!

What about Charlie's Kitchen in Harvard Square? Or the Hong Kong Restaurant (also in Harvard Square)?

T Anthony's and Quan's Kitchen on Commonwealth Ave. in Brighton.

In terms of Americanized Chinese food, Golden Temple is very good. Boston is also fortunate to have excellent authentic Chinese food of many types/regions.

Why is nothing open late in downtown Boston? You would think we had dinners like Philly
