What are some nice Japanese sushi restaurants that offer Course Menu dinner's for less than $100 per person?

TJ Asian Bistro in Woodside and JJ's in Astoria. Hands down, 2 of the best sushi joints with beautiful presentations in Queens!

It is basically a meal that comes in the form of 3-6 (sometimes more) courses and has a predetermined price that can sometimes includes a glass of wine.

To the OP, I've been to Ninja and highly recommended it.

My girlfriend loves sushi and recommends Sushi Island in Elmhurst Queens, across from Target. Small and cheap place.

OP, is it important to you that the chefs or owners are Japanese? If so, then some of the places listed here must already be excluded.
