An osprey nuking the cockpit of the sailboat I just sold in May. The power boat is in a slip blissfully free of bird droppings. If I didn't get aboard to clean it at least weekly, it was disgusting.

Sailboats are nice - very peaceful, and it requires more mastery of skills... on the other hand, power boats are easy, especially so in the strong currents we have in the rivers and estuaries here - the water can be running 4 knots, plus they are better for fishing...

I am currently boatless, and with retirement approaching, really need to hold the line on my discretionary spending. Only thing I might get is a minimalist boat for near-shore salt water fishing, since being restricted to just a few spots on shore has been frustrating... which would be either a fishing kayak I can cartop, or a 14ft aluminum skiff with a little outboard, on a little trailer...putt-putt

Thanks Shudra - I am fortunate to live within walking distance of there, and after spending time gazing on my walks, I decided to take a camera over there :-)

What do you have for a camera? My Olympus micro 4:3 camera body is messed up so I’m just doing iPhone X snapshots. I have all these fancy lenses I can’t use.
