I am working in Boston near state street T, and currently looking to buy a townhouse near Boston. my budget is 250-300k. Which location is easy for commute. I would like to put the property on rent once kid are little older, will try to move to a better schooling district.

More details needed, I think. When you refer to commute, do you mean by car or by public? Is there another person in the household who needs to work, and does he/she have a car? How much distance away? Budget is pretty low for anything close to Boston, really. Maybe others know better.

Thanks for reply, My wife works in Cambridge but mostly from home, i have two kids under age three. I never liked driving so looking for train/T/express bus.
Also if I could get activity place and early learning center for kids around the townhouse that will great. Currently I have looked at Medford and Quincy and both look fine to me.

If you can find something in Medford or Quincy in your budget, that would be great. I don't know anything about stuff regarding kids. Best wishes.
