how is it living in Ocean Pines MD ,I have 2 girls one is 12 and the other is 3,I live in Maryland ,I live in wheaton MD

I don't live there but know people who do...

positives:
close to the beach
peaceful neighborhoods/streets
lots of golf nearby, if you're in to that

negatives:
most year-round residents are seniors
insanely-ridiculous hoa rules/restrictions
housing is expensive

We used to vacation there when I was really young. I think it would be a major change of pace for your girls if you are moving from Wheaton.

The shore is a great place to raise children of that age.
Ocean Pines isn't bad at all, but they do have stringent hoa.
The current inventory (houses for sale) is huge.
If you're looking in this area, look closely at Bishopville. It's the counrty, but very close to ocean city. (6 mins from OP)
We have lived here for 4 years and it is absolutely great.
