People that use it every day get a big discount. When it's $8 they'll probably have to pay $3 a day, which is an extra $60 a month, something to think about when living over that way.

And don't forget there are proposals to raise the gasoline tax to $0.47/gallon (a doubling) and to apply the 6% sales tax to gas.

Gotta love the timing of all of these proposed tax and fee hikes. I wonder if O'Malley and the legislature would have ever though of introducing them the year BEFORE an election.
