No prohibitions, just the Federal class 3.
I was also very surprised at how easy and fast it was to get approved for blasting gear and explosives.

Ahhhh...... I found some people on this board who think like me. People with their head NOT stuck in the sand and brainwashed into thinking that it's whitey's fault for all the "disenfranchised" or "less fortunate", or any other namby pamby bleeding heart approved label for their multicultural darlings who they have trained like sheep to depend on their (our money) entitlements. Don't you just love that word??? Entitlements. Entitled to my hard earned tax money....
My parents (as many others here) were from the depression age. Many poor people, deep despair, poverty so bad you could smell it. Did they gun each other down, invade other's homes, sell young girls into slavery, or some of these other heinous crimes??? Did they disrespect other's property, paint graffiti over any and all outdoor surfaces, throw trash on the steet, feed at the trough of goverment subsidy?? Of course not. Not only that, when immigrants came to this land, they actually learned english. Imagine that???
