Yes; all the way up to Medway. No picnics, fishing, hunting, fiddleheading or wood cutting without permission from the Penobscot Nation.

NMLM, what is this world coming to? Ridiculous that sovereign lands given to citizens are relagated to control by those that are granted powers w/out any regard to the common beliefs of those born to the soil. I hope LePage enforces some unalienable rights, vs gives away the farm, as it seems too many seem to aquiesce toward today.

Not what happened at all, but your theory regarding "those born to the soil" is interesting in the context presented. LePage is only going to give away the farm to those that are already all set, passing tax burdens on to those "born to the soil" so when they can no longer afford their property, the more deserving element with the money can step in and take over.
