Sounds like a very cool cat mix. Have had several siamese cats, and they are about as close to a dog as you can get. Very smart, talkative and bond well with family. And well, the Maine Coon is just am impressive kitty. Good luck!

How about baseball? (Couldn't more OT than that? ) Heard on the radio this morning that despite the economy, rising gas prices, Barry Bonds, yada, yada, that attendance for spring training games in AZ is at record levels. Been to a game ms moughie?

And the Dodgers leaving Florida for Arizona too !! Well I guess that's not as bad as their leaving Brooklyn

My cat drinks out of the toilet... well maybe not drinks but if I leave the lid up I sometimes catch him standing at the bowl with his back feet on the floor and his front feet in the water He gives me a look like "What???" I clap my hands and yell "Get outta there!" and he takes off like a shot. I swear I can hear him laughing

This "cat" uses a toilet for all the right reasons.

I'm not sure what's happened here, but I started a separate thread entitled "Things are better now" or such like and somehow it has gotten merged into the Off-Topic Thread. I don't like posting to this thread because the threads get confused and often disintegrate into topics I'm not at all comfortable having on the forum at all.

Hey, I know we're all supposed to be adults here and I wouldn't ever have said a word about it if my own postings had not become entangled with other subjects I don't feel belong here.

HELP! I'm trying to open a pdf document. It was fine three days ago. Tonight it says the file was damaged. It doesn't say how it's damaged. I have five hours of work in this document so I'd rather not rewrite it before it's due to the client Monday. Any suggestions on what might fix this mess?

Writer, you may have to install the latest version of Acrobat but first, and I'm assuming you are running IE, right click the link to the PDF file. Specify a location for the file. Then click save. Choose that file and open it and it should open the file in the browser window.
Hopefully this will save it to your hard drive.
Adobe
You can try to open it at the addy above.
It also could be a server problem.
(or the file could be damaged)
