I absolutely love coastal maine (kennebunk, ogunquit, wells)! What is it like growing up there? What is there to do? Do you still live there and if not do you miss it?

Thinking of moving to maine and raising kids there!

Come to Maine. We need people. Have a job lined up before you move. What do you do?

leave your old place behind.

That's the problem, people are not coming (moving to) because the way it "IS"
All the post here say the SAME EXACT thing: "have a job lined up before you come"

No people, no jobs, no money, no companies, ect....
The basics of economic growth.

Ohh, by the way....NY here too, just like the OP. I DO vaca in Maine for the way it "IS"
I am looking for a vaca home as we speak.

I took those classes too. It was a long drive, but well worth it.
