I seem to have had a habit of starting new, offbeat fads.. .now if I could only figure out a way to PROFIT from this talent! LOL
This was the first one I made and the ribbons are because I was planning to wear it to an outdoor "doings" down east here, on the waterfront, where there is ALWAYS a good stiff breeze blowing and I didn't want to see it go into Core Sound. I didn't think it would float like my Tillie...
