I have had good luck with vrbo.com ( vacation rentals by owner). You can preview the properties, then send dm to owners for more info.

The choices appear to be very limited in Unity, Troy, or Burnham. Have you thought about a different location?

I am looking at VRBO's now and see several places. Trying to make camp work with dates of trip and things are filling up fast (last few days of July thru Aug 8-10). Trying to stay close to Unity area as that will be meeting area. Know about Belfast, but could do some other locations then I mentioned in OP. Any hiddens gems you locals know about would be appreciated.
