I think Goose Rocks Beach would be more realistic and more easily accessible to other locations for day trips. Not much going on on Peaks Island for kids.

I would choose Goose Beach, especially with the children site seeing, and accessibility to other outdoor activities you & your family enjoy.

I would definately say Camp Ellis, Peaks is nice but with it being on an island your options are limited. If you are looking for the quiet secluded vacation then Peaks is the choice but if you want a nice family vacation with ammenities in the area for daytime fun then Camp Ellis is my choice

Camp Ellis and near by Ferry Beach and Ocean Park would be my choice without a doubt....have a wonderful time! You are going to be in a wonderful family friendly area.
