It's surreal how much is being announced for Macon right now. According to the article this is suppose to be the first grocery store in a loft development in Georgia.

This is a key piece that has been missing. The thing about downtown is that there hasn't been one or two big projects, but lots of little ones. Those little pieces coming together create a fabric called community. It is great.
