The ranking includes Orange County. If OC hadn't been included, I imagine L.A. would have ranked #1, or possibly #2 (behind Detroit).

People trying to keep up with their neighbors, having house notes that could choke a horse, and car notes to go along with it would certainly add to ones stress level. Add to that, choking on smog and sitting on the freeways (I mean parking lots) everyday would probably have that effect on most folks too.
