it is hard to imagine what most places will be like in 20 or so years. I remember what Inglewood was like when our oldest child was born, what it was like 20 years later and what it is like now. That goes for so many cities. I remember San Marino 20 years ago and now, as well as Arcadia. One thing, for sure, these cities will still have plenty of traffic.

In 20 years you'll have no choice but to house a homeless person or else the state will take your property (except beverly hills). That's my prediction

But why are you saying it? It's not gonna happen, so why bring it up?

Based on current information, California cannot have a 9.0 earthquake. It's not possible. The Big One is expected to be around 7.8. Maybe 8.1 max. Which is considerable less magnitude than a 9.0.

The Pacific Northwest, they're expecting a 9.0, or even a bit above.

Default Downward

The areas have already taken a dive. Not kept up as they were even 20 years ago.

Should the movie/television industry move out of the area- california will get hit hard.
