Kids are not seized by CPS because they are on skid row or because they are homeless. The criteria for CPS intervention is serious abuse or neglect.

It says in that article they are in shelters and housing from measure H. If there's a kid living in a tent with no running water and not going to school, living amongst the addicts and schizophrenics that's abuse and CPS should take those kids

Uh huh, not denying their existence, the way you lot do, is the first step in doing something about it.


Great, opening your eyes might not amount to much outside this thread, but it is a necessary first step, you cannot even begin to "solve" what you will not admit exists in the first place.
