I bought a house in monterey park right on the path for airplanes and either my agent or the seller's agent disclose that MP is a city use for airplane routes. The disclosure states no airplane noise or zone. When I asked for some compensations to insulate house I was told that owner never lived there and rented out the place so they have no knowledge of plane activities. They will not compensate anything. Does anyone know if I even have a case? Please advice with help. Thanks.
