Hi there,

My boyfriend and I are going to Coachella festival in April and flying into LAX. Does anybody know of any cheap hotels/guest houses in the West Hollywood area. We'll only be staying the one night so just looking for something basic in the centre of things.

Online I've seen some for around $150 a night but if anyone can recommend any cheaper than that please let me know?

Appreciate it

Just a suggestion, if you want cheap, and have a rental car, look at hotels inland on your way to Indio like La Puente, Walnut, Ontario, Riverside etc. If you are choosing West Hollywood to go out on the town that night look around LAX, that's where I've seen the cheaper hotels.

Thanks for the responses. Well wanting to stay in West Hollywood where all the nightlife/action is as we have accomodation sorted in La Quinta when we are at the Coachella festival.

Will want to spend a couple days in LA to party/sightsee/shop so we're looking for reasonable/basic hotels in West Hollywood/Sunset Blvd/Beverly Hills. So far $130 per night is the cheapest so just tryna shop around and get some more advice

Will have a look on those sites too thanks

The Alta Cienega Motel (with the famous Jim Morrison room) and the Holloway Motel are pretty cheap. Under $100 a night usually.

The Ramada Inn is nicer but may barely be in your budget if it at all
