Suffolk County seems to be getting the short end of the stick with the MTA bailout. So now the county wants the MTA to take over their bus system.
I dont think an MTA takeover is a solution, however, Suffolk should recieve more transit funding from the state. I also find it ridiculous that Suffolk has no Sunday service, and has extremely poor service to Ronkonkoma, where service should be much better because its a busy commuter hub.

Couldnt agree more.

Suffolk desperately needs expanded hub and spoke.
Brookhaven needs express service and an Intermodal at 112.
