It’s a game. I sold that house so I don’t care if the taxes go to 30k. 17k for a 1950 1800 sq ft split on 90x100 is disgusting. Mine usually went down a few bucks when I won. I won a $1700 reduction in Suffolk it will take about 6 years to back to where I started. You can’t grieve back to back years if you win here.

Yes this is where the advantage of using a firm comes in, they do all of that for you. Otherwise you have to deal with the appeal yourself with is a big PITA

Im from suffolk and use katz to grieve for the past 2 years a big nothing after paying $30 for appeal each time...im done with them
