If a buyer came up short on a down payment, would this lens work in helping them qualify if they took the amount out in cash, placed it on a table and photographed it?....
Joking aside, a weapon like this may, in the long run, work against the industry as it certainly lends itself to "advertising trickery" if not false advertising, and can rightfully create anger and distrust among potential buyers. Also, honest agents with honest photo's can be adversely affected by a "blanket" distrust along with buyers wondering what else real estate agents might be "enhancing".
