Ed Mangano Presents Nassau Now
It's a new app that you can use to contact the county and they're supposedly monitoring it closely. You're also going to receive correspondence back this way instead of through US Mail which takes up to a week - something we have 1st-hand experience with. Something like this should only take a half minute via email but instead costs postage and man hours to mail them all out. Automation will likely ensue and may lead to job cuts at town hall.
