Ed Mangano Presents Nassau Now

It's a new app that you can use to contact the county and they're supposedly monitoring it closely. You're also going to receive correspondence back this way instead of through US Mail which takes up to a week - something we have 1st-hand experience with. Something like this should only take a half minute via email but instead costs postage and man hours to mail them all out. Automation will likely ensue and may lead to job cuts at town hall. If you've ever been there, you know how much paper is floating around. It's time to modernize.

Looks like Android isn't ready but the IOS version is. The web version seems pretty straightforward allowing you to report traffic lights, potholes, downed trees, etc. This is the kind of stuff I do for work - the potential is great.
