One person that I always thought was fake is Sylvia. I don't know why Montel encourages her.

I was never impressed by her either. I haven't seen her around lately. John Edward and Theresa Ca**** seem pretty genuine though.

I never thought Sylvia Brown was authentic at all. But, I do think that Teresa the LI Medium (I think her last name is bleeped because of the Italian word **** LOL ) does have something. That is unless all of the shows are false and are simply scripted, but I do not believe that is the case. (I hope not, anyway).

I think Sylvia has made some glaring inaccuracies. I was listening to Coast to Coast when she made that one goof.
But I don't think ANY of them cat be accurate 100% of the time, with everyone.
There is a belief among many in psychic circles that they cannot make a profit from the gift or it will gradually fade away. Some seriously believe that.
I don't think any of these people should be lauded for themselves. THey simply have a talent that they have developed over time, like mathematicians or maybe accountants.
I do like James Van Praagh because from the little I know about him, he encourages people to develop their own psychic talents.
Sylvia, I think, may as well.
Edwards is very impressive, but I hear that in his shows there were 'misses' which were not televised, which made him appear more accurate.

I think, when I move to the city, I will look up spiritualist churches. I think they have classes to help you become more sensitive to the other side.

Remember Jane Roberts, author of the Seth books? Was she from Long Island, too? I loved those books.

Can you enlighten me? I don't know what you mean. I thought it was bleeped so someone couldn't google her name and find this thread.

Yes, can you spell it out in L-E-T-T-E-R-S, maybe?

Sure, I could do that but I thought the other poster meant something else.

Whatever, nevermind. Apparently I'm not going to get a straight answer. I'm not Italian and I don't know what the last part of her name means in Italian. That was what I wanted to know but it's not that important.
