I am moving away from London for (at least) 6 months, leaving behind my lovely 2-bed flat in Shad Thames/London Bridge. I think it'd be a perfect flat for people moving to London from overseas, it's near to all the cultural hotspots and trendy parts and the flat is in a 19th converted warehouse that used to store Spices in Victorian times. A real piece of historic London.
I know I am of course not allowed to advertise here, but I wondered if people could give me some pointers as to relocation agents etc they use so I can get in touch with them.
I am being very hands-on with my flat as it's been my home for 3 years and I'm looking for good clean tenants that will look after it, and yet don't mind a 6 month rental!
Thanks very much for reading and any replies would be very much appreciated!!
You may want to contact Hamptons Lettings, the Tower Bridge location specifically. They were the ones that placed us in our apt in Vogans Mill Wharf and have a ton of inventory in the Shad Thames area. An agent there will be able to point you in the right direction I'm sure.
Thanks Edwards, was it for a short term rental (ie 6 months) in Vogans Mill Wharf? So people relocation from the US to the Uk would normally contact the local estate agents?
