My dog is in the vet hospital at All American on Rainbow and Flamingo. She had a surgery to remove the foreign object in her stomach. I visited her twice today then was going to visit her one more time before they closed at 7pm. The doctor refused to let me visit my dog because she (yes my dog is a she) is sleeping and do not want to stress out. I was pissed off. Who should I file a complaint? and Where?

Or you could be glad the Vet is looking out for your pets best interest and not yours.

Just sayin'

agreed. There is no complaint to file here. If the dog just got surgery and saw the owner it could inadvertently rupture stitches etc in excitement. I am a owner of two dogs and although I would genuinely want to see mine I understand why the vet would tell me to wait.

You sound like a more responsible pet owner than some.

There is no complaint here. You can make one with your wallet and find a new vet.

As a dog lover and former owner of the best dogs in the universe, you are way out of line. If you don't have confidence in the doc, don't take her there. As an auto repair shop owner, you sound like the proverbial nightmare--a passionate owner who knows nothing and is willing to let that dictate their feelings to the professional who actually fixes their problem. Let the professionals do their work. Save your pissed off face for people who deserve it.

Can you imagine the grief the receptionist had to deal with for someone such as yourself? Next time, take a chill pill and communicate your needs with the vet. Give my regards to the receptionist who has had to deal with your earfuls, and not the doc, who has probably not heard a rumor.

I don't usually say things like this, but you're an idiot and don't deserve a dog. Of course I like dogs much better than I like people.
