That too...

North then East then West then South. Ideally south windows should be heavily overhung or sun screened. West windows same but less so. North and east windows are generally OK...though morning sun can be an issue in east bedroom windows.

Being as how houses can have windows on all sides, which windows do you mean? And doesn't it depend on a lot of factors, such as covered patios, awnings, window coverings, trees, tinting, and double pane glass? I don't think in new homes it's much of a factor anymore.
