Hi I'm new to this forum. Me and my husband are thinking of moving to Las Vegas because rent is cheaper there than Los Angeles. I'm just wondering are there a lot of jobs for license pratical nurses. And also what are the pay rates for LPNs? Thanks in advance. Hope someone can help me.

I hope you get some answers to this post. My husband is an RN and recently injured his back so he is looking to get out of Hospital work and into something like Case Management or Clinic work. We had plans to move in just a couple months that have all been put on hold. His parents retired to Las Vegas 6 or so years ago and they love it. I keep suggesting that maybe we should try Vegas for a few years, but am having a hard time finding work for an RN that is not in a hospital.

ANSWER:

We will be starting our staffing agency operation for nurses in Las Vegas probably next month. We are accepting registration on our Nursing Pool in
preparation to our opening. If you are interested, you can send me an email at RodemIntl@msn.com

The rate will depend on your qualification and experience.

Are you a temp agency for nurses, an employment agency, or what? Who pays you, the employer or the job seeker? If the job seeker pays you, do you charge them in advance or do they pay after they go to work?
