Has anyone heard what the construction lawsuit against Richmond Homes is going on at Sierra Crossings at Shadow Hills HOA out along the west side of the 215?

I have gone through every source imagineable and all I know is there's a construction defect claim but nobody will just come out and say what the claimed defect is - if it's plumbing or if it's something else.

If anyone has heard of it and knows what it is, I'd appreciate even a clue to try guessing what nobody seems to want to disclose, like it's a great big secret as I'm just trying to figure out if I move there what to expect - is it plumbing, is it electrical, is it something minor like cracks in the driveways or is it something more major - but nobody wants to say.

That development is Richmond America, they are in the class action suit with the Kitec Plumbing. One by one, all homes that were built using this plumbing are being repaired.
