Montclif is on Decatur in the 103 zipcode. That is not considered that good of a zipcode. In the search bar up above, key in "crime incidence map" and it will bring up the city, color coded by crime incidence and zipcode.

The only problem with Sun city Aliante, is there are no condos or apts for 55+ over there. It's all homes.

YOu want 55 plus why? You need meals and such? Support services?

YOu don't like family environs and all that?

YOu are an active adult above 55 and look for activiites, romance, what have you?

The above 55 market is reasonably varied. Say more about what you are looking for.

Wrong....I gave you an opinion on Montclif. If you check prior, I said it was not in a good area. There are fantastic 55+ plus communities but I cannot think of one that offers apartment rentals. I can think of two or three 55+ apartment rental complexes that are not in retirement communities and they are in the older, not recommended areas of the city and you have stressed "safe places" twice now.

wrong -you sound like a school teacher
if you don't know the answer don't respond
i'm a white male and choose to live with the same. how much crime do you hear of in retirement communities.
sounds like everyone on here is useless
or has nothing to do
i withdraw my question and will research other alternatives
