I think parts of CC are supposed to open next month. But not all of it.

From an architectural standpoint, I'm very pleased with Caesar Pelli-designed Atria, I love Vdara, Veer (but why yellow panels?), Harmon (love the multi-colored glass effect), the entrance facility (a little too much grey) but Mandarin Oriental leaves me unsettled, confused. It looks like an office building, the oddball of the City Center assemblage. Why didn't they make the entire building reflective glass?

Oh well! No city will be perfect!

MGM Mirage will begin to open its $8.5 billion complex starting Dec. 1 with the opening of Vdara, followed by the opening of Crystals Dec. 3, Mandarin Oriental on Dec. 4 and ARIA on Dec. 16. Residential occupancies are slated to being mid-January while the Harmon will open late 2010

Here is CityCenter website so you can see the progress of CityCenter.
CityCenter Construction Page (http://www2.citycenter.com/luxury_las_vegas_condos/construction.aspx - broken link)

It is pretty impressive, you have to check it out when you come to Vegas next time.
