Congratulations and welcome to the thread, ItsTyme!
Thank you for the information. You didn't happen to get any info on the bartenders by chance?

Default Bartenders

My two cents for the Bartenders out there, and I’d appreciate your feedback.

As you may know I’ve been following this wonderful thread for a friend of mine who applied for a Bartending position at CC. At this point in time, my friend’s status is OPEN, blank; two interviews (front desk walk-up and one department); drug test-all done by the end of June. My friend has heard nothing from CC as of yet.

Here is my theory, for whatever it’s worth: It seems like CC had Bartenders apply for a specific bar when applying on the CC website. Usually, one basically applies simply for ‘Bartender’ at a Casino/Hotel that will be eventually opening, right? I know that there may be occasionally specific areas that a bartender may apply for, e.g., the pool, but usually you just apply for Bartender. I know that Pixy26 has been fortunate enough, and very deservingly, to get hired at the Café Vettro. She mentioned that she was one of the last bartenders to get a shift at the Cafe, so there must have been the hiring of, at the least, several other bartenders, at least at Café Vettro. However, this is my point; has only Café Vettro hired their bartenders? It appears, at least on this thread, no one else applying for Bartender has heard anything. Is it possible that CC is hiring their Bartenders specific bar by specific bar for whichever bar the bartender application applied for? Does that make sense? First Café Vettro, then such-and-such lounge, then casino, then pool, then banquets, then this restaurant, then that restaurant, etc., etc. in whichever order? If this makes sense, and combined with the information that CrcWmo was kind enough to share with this thread, I’d say to hang in there and that offers may very well being going out past this weekend for bartenders, easily. Just my two cents.

Good luck to everyone still waiting for the call!

Perhaps it would make things easy if we put the position we applied for in our status. Then we won't have to keep asking each other over and over.

Hey, we were there at the same time for our offers, and I was talking to 2 cocktail servers, both swing shift. One was currently at El Cortez and the other at NYNY, was one of them you?
