Encore is VERy nice.
Attached to the Wynn by a walkway, making it very easy to go back and forth between the two (you can use the Wynn to leave from and walk over to the Palazzo and Venetian).
Has very interesting restaurants, such as Switch (walls move up and down every hour or so), Botero (dedicated to Columbian artist Fernando Botero Angulo), Society Cafe (nice place for breakfast or a bite in the AM).
No sports book (but you can go over to the Wynn if into that).
Fun lounges/bars/clubs throughout.

The overall tone is classy/elegant, but they do a good job keeping the environment inviting and warm. You'll have a great time even just walking around and people watching.

Enjoy your trip!

It is the finest resort in all of Las Vegas!!!

Bring a few styles of clothing... Vegas is very accepting. You can wear shorts & t-shirt, sport coat & jeans or ? whatever you feel best in for the occasion.

Very nice, but kind of small.

During the day, wear whatever you want - everyone else does.

If you're planning on going to clubs at night, dress nicely (not necessarily dress clothes, just clothes that are semi-nice...you know, club attire).

Classy. Clean. Beautiful. Love the curtains, and mosaics, and red lamps. I even had a Steve Wynn sighting. I like the bar with the Glitter roses. I always feel at home, there. I never feel comfortable in dirty low roller dives.

you won't be disappointed, Encore is pretty you will like Wynn more if you want to have more options for gambling then Encore, is more like a smaller version of Wynn.

Don't just hang out there try to check out the other casino's as well.
