I did move on. But I still like to share my experiences with others in the forum. People should hear all sides when they are considering the move. There's nothing wrong with that. I don't post my views for you or others that live in Vegas. Moreso for those thinking about it so they have a frame of reference. They can look at mine, yours and everyone else's experiences and make an informed decision.

$500 won't cut it my friend unless you want to live in a poor neighborhood.

You need to find a room mate to share the cost. If you find a room mate that wants to live in a nice to luxurious area (Summerlin/Green Valley/Henderson) it will cost $750-$950. If you divide that up evenly with a room mate you can well afford it as well as enjoy all the amenities that these luxurious apartments usually have. Plus, these areas usually have great neighbors that you can get along with and even help you out if you make nice with the right people.
