Since so many people are posting about moving, and since I had such a great experience with my movers, I wanted to post about it in the hopes that it may help someone else.

We used ABF Freight to move to Las Vegas. I had never even thought about using them until I found reviews of them on epinions.com. Basically they were efficient, pleasant, and cheaper than U-Haul.

Please note, I am not affiliated with ABF Freight, nor will I receive any recompense from them should you use them. I'm just a very satisfied customer who would like to spread the word.

They give you two choices, Relo-Cubes (Pods) or a trailer. They will park the cubes or trailer in your driveway for 3 days while you load. Then they pick them up, ship them to your destination, and give you 3 days to unload. In our situation the price was exactly the same as U-Haul BEFORE we had to put gas in the truck and drive. And since we moved in November, we didn't have to worry about driving on icy roads with a U-Haul truck. We were able to move our 1700 square foot house in 3 Relo-Cubes for $1,100. The only damage we experienced was a bit of water damage to one picture frame (a big snowstorm hit during the move).

The main drawback is they will only guarantee a delivery date if you pay extra. To get past that, we rented a small U-Haul trailer and put our essentials in there. We took 2 days to drive and our Relo-Cubes arrived 2 days after we did.

Our experience with ABF Freight was wonderful! If you are trying to move and wondering how you'll afford a moving van, check out ABF Freight.

Whatever anyone does, please don't use World Moving Services, I recently moved here, and utilized their services. It was a nightmare!

Just don't dare to go to sleep while the pods are in your driveway...or you may lose your true identity!
