I lived in that area for years. My friends used to visit and we would go to Hollywood, see the stars on the sidewalk and the handprints. we even took the tour on the double decker bus and the stars homes tours. Who cares if it istacky it is Hollywood. Having lunch at the Ivy would get you some star sightings. Rodeo is fabulous to walk down. Drive around the Hollywood Hills and Bev Hills. We did lunch at the bel air hotel the pink hotel in the polo lounge and it was full of producers directors and a couple of actors. They should go enjoy the plastic world of Hollywood. And by the way the sign is glorious and makes you think of the olden days of Marilyn monroe etc. Be a tacky tourist, let your hair down and have a ball
