You can always check zillow.com or the Clark County Assessors website. I often use a formula of 1% for taxes and 0.5% for insurance. It's usually a little high but it is better to shoot on the high side with things like this.

So were talking like 3,000 for the two combined........wow!

To be conservative you may want to go with $3600 as that formula is not always accurate on homes that sold for twice the amount in the last few years. Still much less than Florida though.
