been conducting the initial evaluation of moving to LV, from toronto.

yes, as most have mentioned, the paperwork for a canadian/us work visa is intimidating. this was my initial impression.

for an equivalent priced home in canada, you can get a much better floor plan and more square footage.

i still have aspirations to live in LV. but until i can secure a position before making the move, i'll be in canada for the time being.

however, my situation is slightly different; my work allows me to work virtual fulltime. assume i move to LV, i won't need to find a job. also assume that i still will have my job by the time any rental agreements with LV real estate expire. what kind of paperwork, if any, would be required?
