Really depends on the individual, the couple or whatever. We own a home, work at a casino and get by fine in a newer home in Henderson. I wish all the same success Vegas has given us so far.

So what exactly is the theme of the CC?

I thought all hotels in Vegas had some kind of theme behind them.

And luck...DS for instance happens to be at the epicenter of the trouble...he is in the high end of the new construction business.

Luck does have something to do with it. But construction has always been a boom or bust industry from what I have seen. No surprises there.
