who's got the scoop on these zips? thinking about moving to LV. lots of decent affordable houses in that area but im wondering if thats for a reason if you know what i mean. any realtors out there with advice would be welcomed, thanks.

I use to work in 89115, I would stay away from that area! I suggest the 89122, over the 89115. But I am not partial to those areas. So maybe someone can give you better info on 89122.

East side is tricky. Not impossible but it requires detailed local knowledge. The rub is the neighborhoods vary from block to block. The central streets are difficult.

This is a crime chart but turns out to correlate very well with income.

Try to stay in the yellow and green zips. There are lots of great places in the orange and red zips but you need to know your way around.

Stay away from 89115. The only safe place to live in 89115 is inside Nellis AFB.

Not quite. There are actually a couple of nice tracts in the zip...however you have to know where they are....
