What is sad is they said that he asked for the drug test. Makes you think he wanted to get caught. I would think they would have drug tested him anyways. But being an officer, would they have let him get away with not doing the test?

When you consider that Jessica Williams got 42 yrs for falling asleep at the wheel [because she had smoked pot the day before] he should get at LEAST 20.

You would think since he has tested positive, in their employment contract there would be a morals clause that would state no drug use on or off the job.
