In the last year or so a new grocery store has moved in the valley.
It is started by a british group. There are various locations of Fresh and Easy around the valley and the ones I have noticed don't see too busy.
I visited the one that just opened a block from my house at Centennial & Commerce and liked what I saw. Prices are good and so are the products.
What to the forum members think

I like it but my husband LOVES it. I think it was designed by a man for men It's nice when you just want to pick up a few things and it has a good selection to choose from. Some things are more expensive and some are less than the traditional grocery store. I like to go there for in between shopping but I still do my main shopping at Smiths because it has everything I need. It's also nice that it is so close, as in walking distance.

I haven't been to one yet. There's a Smith's right next door to my house, and a Von's only a couple blocks away.

So I haven't really worked up the motivation to shop further away.

we go there a lot, the prepared foods are great for 2 or sometimes even 3 meals for one person...the drinks and desserts are also good and their ice cream is very good too...the one on silverado ranch started out slow, but now they are getting to be very busy, maybe it just takes for the neighborhood to get used to it...

I love them. Their fresh fruits and vegetable can't be beat... I also love their prepared salads. I take those for lunch a lot of times.

Its a good concept because it makes life easy for people who do not cook, or don't have much time in their day. They have very good quality and the prices are pretty good for what you get.

yup...i concur w/ the above.

i rarely get much of their prepared stuff, tho. but their prices are good, specials are really good, and veggies are fresh. quality of stuff is good, too.

LOVE IT!
I am there almost everyday. I like how everything is laid out. It's easy to find what you need.
I am also a fan of their prepared meals. Makes it easy for work. I stop by almost every morning and grab my lunch.
