Below is a picture of something unusual. It may be the wave of the future for real estate sales making the traditional brick and mortor office obselete.

I began seeing this large luxurious motor home doubling as a mobile real estate office parked on a vacant lot. He been there about a week and a half now and I often see a car/customer or 2 parked to go in for information.

Is this a new trend? Hey this entrepreneur has no office rent and no overhead but vehicle insurance. I know this model Class A is worth a quarter million $ but he might own it free and clear.

Just in case some of the signs are not clear enough, they say:

Foreclosed properties sold here, buy direct.
Free move anywhere in the United States.
Ticom Title on board.
Free Real Estate information inside.

They have an office 8930 Tropicana. Required by law.

Just a vehicle. Probably illegal to stay in one place very long...you have to have a business license.

Couple of people around town are running foreclosure busses with mortgage broker on board.
