But it's not just a problem of Vegas, it's a problem in many other cities as well.

I also used to work in a rehab center in Vegas.... most of the people in there were addicted to meth!
The opening paragraph....

40,000 people use methamphetamine in Nevada. That's according to the State. That's why police and lawmakers are teaming up to crack down on the problem, especially in rural areas. Stacey Escalante traveled to Pahrump where Senator Harry Reid talked about what needs to happen to win the war on drugs at the local level.

I did not say it was not a problem merely that relative to other places both Nevada and North Carolina actually are not in the bad category.

It may well be the number 1 problem for Metro whatever that means. It is still no place near as bad as in the bad citites. It is certainly not the worse city in the US by any stretch.

As a general rule meth is worse in the cities of the southwest I beleive though the south is rapidly catching up. Mostly do to the shorth supply lines from Mexico from stories I have read.

He does live here. In Green Valley in fact.
Also, prostitution IS illegal here, but of course they still do it. They should just make it legal.

I love to rattle there cage I'll send an email and say I dont know any upscale gentleman that want to sleep with a dirty vegas wh*re , but if i meet any I'll send them your way . they usually respond back with nasty comments. It's cheaper fun than gambling

no more "ding ding ding" in vegas!

they stopped using coins in slot machines in most casinos last year. they all use tickets now. it seemed to happened all of a sudden...like all the casino owners made a group decision on that one.

You get used to the ticket in and out pretty fast. Its easier printing the ticket and then putting it into another machine. And your hands stay alot cleaner.

Downtown las vegas you can still hear the ding ding ding.

Well, soon enough there will be no "ding ding ding" of coins anywhere. With all the technology of credit cards and online payments etc... there really is no need for coins...eventually coins/paper money will be gone.
