Dang, I don't know why they are bugging me so much this year. I have never had so many before. They must know I am moving to a much more bugless place! I have had two big fat hairy centipedes in my house and I never get them--they are my worst fear of bugs here (that I see), I have had 3 stinkin' June bugs bashing around my head in my house. Never had that before, not even in a tent! Too many spiders to count and tons of webs everywhere-outside mostly but in places I don't normally notice them. The mosquitos are horrendous!

Since my husband is flying out in a couple hours, we went to one of our fav spots here on the water last night. Great place BUT...I forgot about the dang fish fly season!! EWWWWW, they were everywhere! On me, in my hair, on my glass, all over the ground and by the time we left, as we crunched our way out of there, our car was covered!! Sick.

Could it be a sign?

I have seen a lot more activity at my own house this year. Lots to do with the lack of rain we have had this year. Poor little buggies are just looking for some water.

I see them all dead in the swimming pools, all kinds of bugs just drowning. Mostly small cockroaches and bees/hornets.

Yep, going for the water, and don't like the chlorine or the other chemicals.

The only thing i'm worried about regarding bugs is if the monsoons actually get here and wash away the bug spray!!
But luckily for me, I've never seen a fish fly. (play on words there..lol)

We have actually had 2 scorpions in our house in the last 2 weeks The bug guy told us a lot of people are seeing them in their homes this year. It has been a little unnerving, to say the least.

I keep found a lot of baby wolf spiders in my house and yard this week. I wish they would eat poison off their legs, like roaches, so they would die too. I do not want to find them getting into the house once they grow up !

Ugh!! Who found them and where? What did you do? My husband is there now. I told him I want a report on this apt. He better do any caulking and exterminating before I get there and I know it still will be challenging.

That is the one thing that sucks about the spiders. They just do not clean themselves as often. If you see anything you can use hairspray on them, and make sure to clean the webs around the house. Or if you get pest control and you are getting it soon, then leave the webs so they can spray them. That way when they wrap their food up in the web they will in turn ingest the chemicals.
