Oh, I wasn't planning on applying for anything until we get closer to the move and have already established local address and phone number. Kind of pointless to apply a more than a month before the move. I was just curious how they were working the hiring process since there were not many positions posted on their website yet the op showed 1,000 jobs. It makes sense that they would have an onsite "job fair" vs online apps as I have heard that a lot of people not yet local try to apply. We are aware of the "tourist" stigma attached to applying for jobs without local contact information. We will start applying about 2 weeks before we leave so that we can set up reasonable interviews. We won't be leaving FL until Aug 13th so won't get there until the 18th or so depending on how hard we drive. We can't wait to get there.

I thought people who lived in Aliante would go to the Cannery instead of the Santa Fe Station? I personally like the Suncoast since its probably the closest to me, but I also like the Santa Fe because of the Movie Theater is newer.

I've been to the Cannery a few times. They just do not have the amount and type of machine I play all the time. Santa Fe has more of what I want, and I hope Aliante station will as well.
