One LV? I dont think so. The parking lot looks too full for it to be a disaster like you said. It is about 15 stories and an ugly yellow color. I duno. When I drive by it again I will take notice.

It is next to Sherbourne and the Cancun timeshare. Right at Blue Diamond. It is two 21 story buildings. Trust me... it is a mess!

The big yellow is I would think Boca Raton. It is complete and actively selling. I would however be careful as to whether they can finish the site.

We had considered purchasing at Manhattan also. Aren't there still structural issues like people putting in travertine and granite on the top floor units without permits?
